ORCUTT PLAZA..."A unique Shopping Center experience"

"Orcutt Town Center" : A 22.0 acre master planned development consisting of Commercial Anchor and Retail offering a uniquely characteristic marketplace.

The approximate 199,000 square foot "Old Town Orcutt character and community spirit" and "semi-rural" design theme includes the traditional use of metal roofing, metal trusses, stone veneer, and wood siding consisting of authentic looking and durable low-maintenance construction materials. Color-coordinated split-face masonry block has been integrated into the design along the side and rear elevations as these elevations are less visible to the public than the more prominent storefront entrances. The "semi-rural" design theme depicts use of traditional building materials, variation in building heights, canopy projections, and tower elements as "focal points" of interest throughout the project. The "semi-rural" architectural elements include the traditional second story use of dormers, shed-type metal roofing, flat metal canopies, ship-lap horizontal siding and stone applications creating texture, variety and contribute to the project's "semi-rural" design and "village-like" appearance.
